Shipping Information

Orders are fulfilled by Amazon (FBA). Domestic shipping rates are:
- Standard (5-7 business days): $5
- Expedited (2-3 business days): $8
- Priority (1-2 business days): $15
Please keep in mind that weekends are not business days.
I think it's worth explaining a little about how FBA works. After you place an order, it gets forwarded to FBA. Then they pull the order from the warehouse, box it up, and get it ready to ship. So when we talk about something arriving in "2-3 business days," that means "2-3 business days after Amazon has sent it."
A note for those of you who live near Brattleboro, Vermont, or Greenwich Village in Manhattan: The Storymatic Mobile Unit is in one of those two places most of the time. Send an email and we might be able to work out something that doesn't involve shipping and more closely resembles a hand-off.
International Customers: FBA does not ship internationally. Your order will go First Class and will ship from Storymatic Headquarters.
We are currently set up to ship to quite a few countries. If you live in a country that is not yet in our system, please send an email to and we'll try to get it set up for you as quick as possible.
Due to government restrictions on shipping playing cards, we cannot ship to Spain or Turkey. If someone knows why it's against the law to ship to those places, we sure would like to know.
